Henan Anti-corrosion Insulation Co., Ltd. was established in February 1989, the predecessor is Changyuan County anti-corrosion Group. In September 1990, it was registered by the Henan Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce and changed its name to "Henan Provincial anticorrosive Insulation Company", and became a provincial enterprise owned by the whole people, under the dual management of Henan Provincial Urban and Rural Construction Department and Changyuan County Construction Committee. In April 1992, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction as a professional contract construction enterprise for anti-corrosion and insulation.
